Я понял общий настрой по знаку,что он правильный -один говорит, что он родной ,но не стандартный в силу разных причин(Марк) а Том утверждает ,что была замена крюка, но он соответствует ранним Ассманам. Или я не прав???

может я не правильно что-то перевел или понял?The round wire is almost as thick as the pin on early Assmann badges, so the catch you see here is truley a one of a kind IMO.и крюк правильный ???

Not only does it not match the typical Assmann flatwire catch, but when Assmann used round wire catches earlier in the war, they were a good bit thicker than what you see on your badge. The round wire is almost as thick as the pin on early Assmann badges, so the catch you see here is truley a one of a kind IMO. I have seen a ton like that and Assmann loved to use a lot of solder. 2) There is no plate and the catch uses a lot of solder to make the connection as it sits in a bed of the stuff holding tight. This could be due to a replacement or else Heinz ran out of catch plates that day or was getting tired and lazy on a Friday. Who knows? What matters is it is a nice badge.
