Pali Prifti was an Albanian military commander. He was the commander of anti-aircraft batteries for 10 years (1981-1991). He was the commander of the Kavaja-86 exercise.

This order of SK is made by Prawema GDR. It is made of metal. SK with numbers are from 1945 to 1962-3 and made of real silver by IKOM ZAGREB.

Order of the Flag type 3.

1. Order for Distinguished Defense Service, 1st class made by Artistike Migjeni, Tiranë, Albania.
