Folkert, Adolf Petrovich is my great grandfather. My grandfather was his second son out of a family of 12 children. His eldest son Vladimir and my grandfather both died in San Francisco. Here is the photo of the parents and 12 children. Note how the girls surround Adolf and the boys are around m great grandmother. Vladimir is the tallest male next to the mother and my grandfather is almost in the center. It is amazing that all the children survived childhood, although I know at least one of the boys died in his teens, I believe.
